- Syntax:
- URL.getFragment(url)
Returns the fragment portion of the URL.
The
URL.getFragment function returns the fragment portion of the
given absolute or relative URL. If the URL does not contain a fragment
portion, the empty string is returned. An invalid URL syntax will cause
an invalid to be returned.
The syntax of a URL is: scheme://host:port/path;parameters$query#fragment
You can use the following functions to get the various portions of the URL:
